#4 Seattle Prep takes care of #9 Franklin 76-38, moves to semifinals

What other outcome would anyone of expected. Franklin sneaking into the Metro Championship Tournament as the 2nd place team in the Metro Valley division is proving more and more ridiculous. The Quakers got hammered, a fate which seemed almost certain going into the playoff matchup. The Franklin roster is simply outmatched by the Panthers this year who are looking to repeat for the Metro Title. You have to wonder if O'Dea qualified, as some sort of wildcard team, how different this matchup would have been. #4 Seattle Prep will now have to play #1 Rainier Beach in the Metro Championship Tournament semifinals, on Wednesday, February 9th.
